A person holding PhD can be elected on the position of Full, Associate and Assistant Professors for 5 years, a PhD student can be elected on the position of Assistant Professor. To occupy the position of Full Professor, an individual should have at least 6 year scientific-pedagogical experience; to occupy the position of Associate Professor - at least 3 year scientific-pedagogical experience.
The occupational benefit of Full, Associate and Assistant Professors is determined according to the agreement within the scope of the ranked rate of wages.
