Sometimes, owing to objective or subjective reasons you can lose your diploma or its supplement. In such case, you can address the Registrar’s Office of your School and present the following documents:

 

You will get the diploma duplicate within one month after presenting the above-mentioned documents. You have to pass the same procedure if you lose the diploma supplement. The fee for this service is 50 GEL.

 

If you are abroad, you have to send all these documents (a notarially certified copy of your passport instead of the original) by mail. Please, indicate in the application the way you want to receive the diploma – by post or you commit it to somebody else. In the latter case, you have to add a notarially certified letter of attorney to the mentioned document. If you want your document to be sent by post, besides 50 GEL you have transfer to the university bank account 35 USD for the post service. You can learn the bank account by online contact.
